RestoSuite Runs the Floor. AI Answers the Phone.
RestoSuite is an all-in-one POS built for modern hospitality. DineCall AI runs the phone line — the channel that brings in orders and reservations before the guest ever walks through the door.
RestoSuite is an all-in-one POS built for modern hospitality — QR ordering, table management, KDS, and loyalty in one system. That is a comprehensive setup. But no POS answers the phone. The calls still come in, and someone still has to handle them.
What RestoSuite is built for
RestoSuite is an all-in-one POS built for modern hospitality: QR ordering, table management, KDS, and loyalty in one system. For restaurants running RestoSuite, the floor operation is consolidated — the team works from one system for the dine-in experience, the kitchen display, and the loyalty programme. It is a setup designed to keep the modern restaurant running smoothly from a single platform.
DineCall AI does not replace RestoSuite — it runs alongside it. The QR ordering, table management, KDS, and loyalty setup: none of it is touched.
The channel no POS can answer
RestoSuite runs the floor. The phone call — the one that arrives before the guest walks in, before the QR code is scanned, before the table is managed — is outside that flow. In most restaurants running a modern all-in-one POS, that call still requires a person to handle it: a host who steps away, a manager who pauses, or a voicemail that nobody calls back.
That gap has a real cost. For a restaurant that has invested in a full POS setup, a missed call is an untracked loss — the kind that does not show up in any system.
DineCall AI answers that channel. It picks up before the second ring, 24/7, in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin — within one or two words of the greeting, switching voice model mid-call when the caller switches language. It takes the complete order on the call.
How the integration works
DineCall works with RestoSuite alongside the other systems already in use — POS KING, Square, Toast, Clover, SpotOn, NCR Aloha, Shift4, Olo, and OpenTable — or through a clean ordering API. Orders land on DineCall's live board; depending on your setup, they can also flow into your RestoSuite workflow through our ordering API — we confirm the exact wiring during your demo.
King Do Seafood in Surrey, BC has taken over 100 phone orders by AI. Lao Cai on Marine Drive handles both food orders and table reservations on the same line, in English and 中文.
The restaurant keeps its existing phone number. Setup takes 2–3 business days. There is no new hardware.
What happens on the board
Every confirmed phone order appears on the live kitchen board immediately, in the order it arrived, with no new interface to learn.
When the AI's speech confidence drops below 70%, or when a caller asks for a manager, the call routes to a person — via a phone ring or dashboard alert to staff, or a callback ticket if lines are busy during setup.
Pricing
One flat monthly fee, and no commission on any order: $199 CAD a month for the first 100 partner restaurants, locked in for as long as they stay, then $399 CAD a month. That includes AI phone answering, table reservations, online ordering, QR ordering, and a restaurant website. No setup cost.
RestoSuite's own pricing is unaffected. Both platforms run in parallel.
