Mambo Cafe 萬寶茶餐 — a food-court counter, finally findable online.
A food-court counter has regulars but no front door on the street — and until now, no front door on the web either.
A Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng counter on the third floor of Aberdeen Centre in Richmond, BC — baked pork chop rice, beef chow fun, milk tea pulled the long way. DineCall designed and built their bilingual website, the first the cafe has ever had, and runs their online pickup ordering. Everything on this page is live today.

A cha chaan teng on the third floor
Mambo Cafe 萬寶茶餐 is a Hong Kong-style cafe counter in the Aberdeen Centre food court — unit 3020, up on the third floor, a few steps from where the Canada Line opens into the mall. Baked pork chop rice with the cheese blistered at the rim, baked Portuguese chicken, twenty-one rice plates and chow fun fired to order, French toast and a hot milk tea at three o’clock. Cash only at the till, four daily specials on the board, and the kind of regulars who have been coming back for years.
Known by regulars, invisible online
A food-court stall has no storefront on the street and no window to walk past. For years the only way to see Mambo Cafe’s menu was to stand at the counter and read the board — and anyone searching online found third-party listings instead, which did not always agree on the phone number. The cafe had never had a website of its own. A new customer two floors down had no way to find out what was cooking, and a regular at home had no way to order ahead.
What DineCall built
The site a guest lands on and the menu a guest orders from are both DineCall. All of this is live right now:
- Their website at mambocafe.ca — in 中文 and English, the first the cafe has ever had
- The full in-store menu online: 83 dishes across 10 sections, at the prices on the board
- Hours, the daily specials, directions from the Canada Line and the cash-only notice — the questions a counter gets asked all day
- Online pickup ordering at wanbao.dinecall.ai — the bilingual photo menu with today’s specials, reachable from every Order button on the site
- Restaurant structured data carrying the cafe’s own name, phone and address, so search engines read the facts rather than a listing’s guess
Order ahead, collect at the counter
A regular at home or a shopper two floors down opens the menu, picks the baked pork chop rice, and the order lands on DineCall’s live order board — timed for pickup, no queue at the till. Delivery stays with the platform the cafe already uses; pickup now has a front door of its own.
Nothing at the counter had to change
Same phone number, same till, same board above the counter, no new hardware. The website and the ordering menu sit on top of the counter as it is — the cafe simply became findable, and orderable, from anywhere.
See what the staff sees
Every phone call, dine-in ticket, and online pickup lands on one live board. Go on — accept orders, mark them ready, or simulate an incoming AI phone order.

Yes. Pickup ordering does not need a dining room, a host stand or a delivery fleet — only a counter to collect from. Orders arrive on a live board with a pickup time, and the guest walks up when it is ready.
At wanbao.dinecall.ai — the full bilingual photo menu, including the day’s specials, built and run by DineCall. Every Order button on mambocafe.ca goes there.
No. You keep your number and your existing setup. DineCall builds the website and runs the ordering menu around the counter you already have, and integrates with POS KING, Square, Toast, Clover, SpotOn, NCR Aloha and more.
