No. DineCall works with or alongside NCR Aloha — the AI answers the phone and captures orders while your NCR Aloha setup keeps running exactly as it does today.
Every phone, online, and QR order appears on DineCall's live order board in real time; depending on your setup, orders can also flow into your NCR Aloha workflow via our ordering API. We confirm the best wiring for your restaurant during the demo.
No integration fee. Pricing is a base monthly fee with no commission on orders: $199 CAD a month for the first 100 partner restaurants, locked in for as long as you stay (offer ends December 31, 2026), and $399 after that — with no setup cost and AI phone answering included. Starter is CAD $99/month/location with 200 AI call minutes, then CAD $0.35/min. Standard, including its founding offer, includes 1,000 AI call minutes per location per month, then CAD $0.20/min. Pro is CAD $599/month/location with 3,000 minutes, then CAD $0.15/min. Online and QR orders use no call minutes. Taxes extra.
